What are your delivery charges?
All orders currently have a £2.50 + Vat carriage charge.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders usually are despatched within 3-5 working days. If you require by a specific date please state when ordering.

Can I receive my order more quickly?
Yes, please call myself Kevin Marshall 07810 184 841 and we'Il try and accommodate best I can.

What is your returns policy?
All orders should be examined within 3 days of delivery. If incorrect or broken we will arrange replacement and collection. If incorrect goods are ordered then replacement/collection will be arranged at customer cost.

Goods returned back to us in a bad condition will be subject to a restocking charge.

How do I pay?
If you are buying for a church and provide us with full details including the name of your church then we will open a credit account and ask you to pay on invoice.

All other orders can be paid for by credit card and credit accounts can be applied for via our accounts department.
